    Don't have access to Minecraft account


    Hello ,at 09 July i bought a Minecraft game for my son ,using my debit card. We made a profile in Sofia, Bulgaria. But a few days later our laptop has been broken and we cant sign or remember details of the account the he was using. Can we can get refund for the game , so i can buy it again with a new profile

    I apologize but we can only request a refund for a game if we have access to the account where it was purchased.

    The best option that we can do is to recover the account, Vera. Did you purchase this through the Mojang website or through Microsoft Store?

    If through Microsoft, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using all Microsoft accounts that you own. If this was purchased through Mojang and you still have the email confirmation, you can try using the transaction ID by reaching out to them.

    I just had to deal with this today.

    Xbox support says they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by the Windows account team.
