    I don't think they can help me. But we'll ask you anyway, call o fduty warzone came back on November 28th, before that no money was needed to play it, and suddenly now it's asking me to download expansions for the game, note that it's only through the thieves' xbox! I did it and downloaded paid money!! After downloading I enter the game it again tells me that you are missing a package, and when I enter the game it gives me a purchase error code Pilum, remember that the game was free before and I have a very strong username that I might lose it because of you, a user that I paid a lot of money for shopping. You don't have proper support. And the current consoles are very, very weak, you are not up to date with anything, you are more delayed than all the other consoles out there, sometimes I wonder why I bought an Xbox????!! This is the biggest mistake of my life. I really expect you to help me with this and return the packages that are missing, because they are not even in the store!!! It is theft in broad daylight to demand money for a game that Activision markets for free, it is a criminal offense and you are exposed to lawsuits!!!

    warzone is free. not sure why you paid for the actual COD game in full when all you want is warzone and are having issues with warzone and that is free and will always be free.

    you need to open a ticket with activision for support as it is their game if you require support.
    Highly recommend not to go near Xbox in all their consoles they are bad! Xbox can't be like Sony Playstation. There are a lot of bugs in Xbox full of errors you have maybe 1000 errors which is not normal!! Sony doesn't have it, and even if there is, the errors don't appear with such high frequency. In the end Xbox is the worst thing I have played in my life. Do not go near the Xbox.

    potato potAto, each to their own, i use my PC which trounces both consoles, and best thing is, i don't need to pay to play online and i am not locked to a specific company, Xbox and playstation are as bad as each other most of the time, both have big faults. both use near enough the exact same hardware.

    It has nothing to do with Activision because Xbox demand the money, not Activision. It's not important, I just bought a Sony 5, I threw the Xbox away, and what's funny about Sony is that it works 😅😅😅😅
