    The staff does not work weekends. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They will review your account to see if there are any issues. To expedite, you may want to post what exactly you feel could be

    Game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback. Since the overwhelming majority of your purchases have been some form of Game Consumable purchase (Call of Duty Points, Madden or FIFA points) they have not awarded payback. From our
    FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Regarding your Game purchases from last month, also from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated February's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    If your question is about the Simply Rewarding offer, keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new purchases, so if you have only recently made a purchase, it is too early to see those Credits pending. However, consumable purchases should
    be applicable to that offer.

    I DON'T HAVE A REGION WHAT SHOULD I DO

    If a region is not supported it's typically due to rules and regulations your government and Microsoft have to agree to. If your region is not supported, you're not meant to buy things digitally. Bypassing that violates the rules and can result in you/your console being banned.

    When you encounter anyone that is breaking the code of conduct you can mute them, report them and block them through your console. Never respond to the user.

    Also keep in mind the enforcement does not let anyone know what the outcome of a report they submitted on a user is. So there is no way to know if the other person you mentioned did or did not get a suspension. Suspensions are issued after an investigation
    has been completed.
