    So I bought a PDP Gaming LVL50 Wireless Stereo Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone and it worked fine for 5 days until the dongle stop working and won’t light up or anything. I already tried resetting my xbox. Please help

    Yes I have tired it with other devices and it still doesn't work. I ordered a replacement for so I hope that will work.

    Have you tried using the dongle on other devices? Just to check if this is not an issue with the Xbox.

    Because if this is still not working on other devices, that means the dongle is having a hardware problem and you might need to have that replaced or repaired.

    are they the lvl50 wireless headset, if your xbox is not picking up the dongle then it maybe the usb ports are bad for data or something else is wrong. do you have anything else plugged into the consoles usb.
