Done my suspension but still cant send messages or hear anyone?

i just got off my communication suspension today at 2:01am of april 5th i cannot send messages or hear anyone can anyone explain to me what is the problem

I was banned waited my suspension time but i still cant play online or send messages plz help

Sorry to hear it. Please double check the date/time that the action began as an enforcement only lifts at around the same time that it started.

If it is beyond that time the please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps.

If you check our Xbox Enforcement page, does it show any current enforcement actions? Additionally, do you happen to have an email from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team (XBLPET)? I would check the email
inbox for the Microsoft Account you are using for your Xbox Live account for an email from that team, which may contain further information.

Depending your region, the timing may have been different. Are you still having issues sending messages or has the issue cleared up for you? Let us know.

Yes, but i did talk to someone on xbox support, they told me that there is another suspension on my account. Even tho when i look at my enforcement history there is no other suspension..

A week before, i was talking to xbox and they assured me that my account would be back to normal after the 14/6/17. No mention of any other suspension.

Please can you look into this for me. its not fair that iv been waiting for my suspension to end. And then to be told that there is another suspension that i was never told about, its just very suspicious considering as i said,i was talking to xbox support
the week before my suspension ended and they looked at my suspension and told me id be back after the 14th.
