    Hi folks,

    Hoping someone can help me out. I pulled my 360 out of storage today and planned to donate to a kids organization. I started it up after hooking it into the TV I planned to donate alongside it and navigated to initial setup and clicked that process. The xbox
    turned off and I got two red rings. The 360 had been serviced in the past for the "Red Ring of Death" and as far as I remember worked very well until moving onto the slim and retiring the original model. Anyways a few details. At first start the power brick
    was making a loud noise that didn't sound right. I'm guessing right now that the fan went out or something is broken in there and it is messing with the Xbox's determination of overheating since it hasn't been run in years and is only on for less than a minute
    before it shuts down and shows the red lights.

    I've ordered a new power brick to replace this and see if that will fix it. Are there other considerations? Since this is planned as a donation I would rather not invest a ton of money into getting it up and running considering I could likely just buy a working
    used one for what it may cost to repair this one. Thanks for any help or advice.

    Me3 edition 360 won't stay on

    About two minutes after I turn on the Xbox it shuts off the brick turns from green to orange and the Xbox turns from green to red but only the power icon and none of the player icons in the ring

    With my 360 slim, it shows the xbox 360 logo when you first turn it on then i get the red ring of death, anything i can do? it doesn't flash its just a solid ring? help please?

    XBox 360 S Solid Red Light on power button

    Solid Red Ring equals Red Ring of Death. I had that happen over 10 times to me. The only fix is to buy a new system. I have replaced parts in the 360 and it happens again within a month of two.

    My xbox got the Red Ring's of death and I called up Microsoft and they told me ALL 360's for Red Ring of Death only.
