    Hello! I just received the Insider Alpha Skip-Ahead update (2108.210524-2200) that allows for Dolby Vision gaming. The picture looks absolutely incredible, but I am experiencing severe input lag on all of the HDR games now. I have a Sony 75X950H TV and have ensured that Motionflow is turned off.

    Any insight or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Edit: I have just reported a problem via my Xbox.

    It's not an issue that requires resolving. It's just a simple reminder that Dolby Vision increases input lag. If it feels like the input lag is unbearable, just disable Dolby Vision for Gaming in the video modes menu.

    The Dolby Vision update has not be enabled yet (from my understanding) in the Skip Ahead build, but will be shortly.

    Microsoft has released a statement saying that Dolby Vision will only be available for streaming apps and it will not be supported by games. The Xbox Insider Alpha Skip Ahead team which includes myself just started testing it this week. Keep in mind we are
    testing updates scheduled for release in 2019. Nothing more definitive and testing can change release schedule to the general public dramatically. And very few TVs support it. Samsung for example will not use it on any of theirs.
