Dolby Atmos trial offered thru XB Store. Any feedback appreciated.

I have a TV and sound bar that support Dolby Atmos. There’s a free trial for Atmos and then it is $14.99 if you like it. Has anyone who has Atmos supported equipment had any experience with the Atmos app? Does the Atmos app use the upward firing speakers?
FYI- Atmos is in its infancy, Netflix broadcasts some programs with Atmos, very cool. The headset companies are in the talking stage about Atmos? Not sure how 2-50mm speakers are going to work. Nakamichi has an awesome dual subwoofer, sound bar and 4 surround
speakers with Atmos support for approximately $1300.00. Can price shop, but be sure it supports Atmos as there are 3 or 4 configurations. Vizio offers lower priced Atmos sound bars/systems.

I have Atmos on Lg sound bar andSamsung tv, but i think a game has to use the Atmos codec to play via XB. However, i will do the free trial to see if theres any improvement. Atmos headphones has mycuriosity up. My sound bar has 6 plus 3 upward firing speakers.
How do you implement Atmos in headsets with just two speakers? Magic i guess.

If you have a sound bar that supports Dolby Atmos, then it wont cost you anything to use it, only the headset portion of Dolby Atmos is $14.99. I use Dolby Atmos and it does sound great, but only for games that support it, otherwise it just sounds normal
for the games that don't.
