Dolby Atmos broken since update.

Since the last update to the Dolby Access App, my Atmos experience has been a nightmare. Whenever I try to play Atmos content via netflix for example, it says theres a problem with the title.

I contacted Netflix for support, they told me to uninstall Dolby Access and then reinstall it, to my surprise it actually worked, but only until I power off the console. So now everytime I want to use Atmos I have to uninstall the app then reinstall it,
its a nightmare.

Any idea how to get this back to the creators of the app?

Yes its now broken with the update, for watching netflix with a real atmos setup 5.1.2.

The receiver thinks its atmos but its a 5.1 or even a 2.0 stream hidden in a atmos package.

blu ray works fine atmos is atmos and 5.1 is upscaled by the receiver to dolby surround with use or al your atmos speakers so it must be.

If the game does not support Dolby Atmos, then the audio is normal stereo. Microsoft are working on updating Dolby Atmos, where if the game does not support Dolby, the audio will be converted to simulate Dolby Atmos.

I have the same issue since the latest alpha update that was released October 27th. Before I had bitstream out and dolby Atmos. Now only 7.1 PCM.

But my blu rays are working with dolby Atmos. I hope this get patched with the next update.

Since the last update, Dolby Atmos has stopped working and an undefined PCM data stream is being output.
All apps are affected, such as Netflix, Disney, VLC.
Dolby Atmos works with the Xbox sound test program.

Previously, Dolby Atmos had worked without any problems.
All other devices (Blu-ray player, mini PC, FireTV, AndroidTV, etc.) still work perfectly with Atmos on the Denon 4700X.
