Dog got ahold of xbox

While on vacation, my dog decided that my 2 month old brand new xbox series x was the perfect place to discharge their lunch(puke) was wondering if there was anything I could do in regards to this!? I bought it at a best buy and they said they can’t help because it’s considered a biohazard and told me to send it into to Microsoft.

Based on what you described, Microsoft will probably not receive or repair your console. However, you can try asking for an out-of-warranty request by following these steps:

Step 1. Go to your devices section and locate your console.

Step 2. Click on “info & support” to review your warranty and details and the option to request a service request.

Step 3. Click on “start order”.

Then just follow the steps on the screen, and depending on where you live you can get in person service or send the console to Microsoft.

Please be aware that if you choose to send the device, Microsoft will give you a prepaid shipping label. However, the label can take up to 48 hours to arrive at your email address.
Make sure to check your spam folder in that time frame.

Xbox support sucks, period. Finally got ahold of someone I go to college with and they told me how to fix. Done with EA Games.
