    Doesn't work on HP with 8.1 and A8 processor.


    Downloaded three times through the MS store and each time the game refused to load at all. What am I doing wrong? Is there an update to fix this on the way?

    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    1. I am running Windows 8.1 Spring Update on HP 15 Touch Laptop (i5 Intel Processor, 8GB RAM)

    2. When I launch Taptiles, the purple splash screen appears briefly, then disappears and brings me to the Desktop

    Mine is connecting and working as I type this. I'm navigating through Netflix without any issues. Windows 8.1 on a dell XPS.
    Really? I can't get it on my Windows 8.1 Computer. It's an HP Pavilion 23.

    Taptiles 8.1 issue AGAIN!

    We have the same problem, Taptiles minimizes itself immediately on launch an HP Envy laptop. It was working, then stopped. This problem exists with both accounts on the Envy. Taptiles works fine on both accounts on an HP Pavilion. On my desktop, Taptiles
    will not connect to Xbox, although other Xbox games work fine. All systems run Windows 8.1 All systems are current on Windows and application updates.
