Discus and support doesnt let me download games with gold in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i just purchased xbox live 12 moths and i got a popup saying im not allowed to make any purchases. and it wont let me obtain the free game with gold...     i just purchased xbox live 12 moths and i got a popup saying im not allowed to make any purchases. and it wont let me obtain the free game with gold for this month. and what happened to online chat support. i always said xbox support was the best and now
    im considering switching over. forums suck

    I have a full gold subscription it just wont let me buy games with golds discount and it wont let me download games that are free with gold either.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with your purchasing problem. You should reach out to Xbox support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us) for a support representative who is more up to date with
    those issues. Be sure to clarify that this is not a problem with Rewards or Credits, and you are attempting to download the Games with Gold game.
