Does Xbox not value their customers? WHERE IS THE SERVICE?!?!?!?!!

Many companies are switching over to forums and other online services for basic/common problems, saving the live customer support for more obscure problems. To reach Xbox Live Support,
log in here and select issue. When presented with the option to talk to a virtual agent, decline it. After a few more questions, you should get the option to choose from a live
support session with a real online Microsoft agent or a free callback from Microsoft. If you get stuck in a loop, back out and try a different topic; the one you choose doesn't necessarily have to match your exact issue.

As to what console you wish to play, that's on you. Many users here have multiple consoles.

Part of the prpblem, not helping. My issue or subject is not listed, or I’m unaware of which catagory it goes in.

Are you not able to request a call or do a live chat at http://xbox.com/help ?

May I ask where you found that link, and have you tried it to see if it’s a valid link?

I’ve been trying for over a week to find answers, find someone who i could actually communicate with withiut language barriers It’s just like these support pages, around in circles. I finally did make contact with a “Service Soecialist” after an hour of
trying to make him understand me, & me understand him, he obviously gave up. Said was going to send me a tool a link, that they use to fix everything. At least that is what i understood. It was a (author-edited-but appropiate term) link to support page with
Cloud Usage -FAQ. Which i had examined already couple times. One link i found asks did i want to view videos about how to by community members. YouTube: most current was 6 months ago. Some were completely different from others. The 6 month guy kept mentioning
the power brick, i don’t have one. Power cord goes from the box to outlet.

Anyway, if the link works, thanks, ill use it see if i get any results for the questions most of which should have been answered in the manual but was full of cautions/warnings/disclaimers/other useless info. Ignore anything below, sent by phone & can’t

Wow that was intense. Sorry you are having some issues getting support. I am not sure why not, I had to call in last week and got someone on the phone really quickly. Might be a difference in button prompts.

Many companies are now moving over to Forums, due to the fact that they are easily accessible, and many people can have valuable knowledge on subjects here.
