Does Xbox forum need to go into more detail when there is an issue?

Some people typing in the forums may not be use to the information needed for proper trouble shooting. That's why it's important to ask the correct questions to get to a solution. Also, not everyone is on a computer when typing in the forums. What seems
like a lot of text on one device, isn't much on another. Yes the more information a user can give when they have a question the better.
