    Xbox one does not delete your messages but however you can delete your own messages

    I also don’t believe that Xbox deletes them automatically but sometimes I do have problems with them not loading

    If I am correct on the xbox 360 it did. When I transition to the xbox one. I was able to see my past messages.

    I just checked so on the console xbox companion. showed some of my 2016 messages.. Not sure if I deleted some of those. But does not show all the conversations. Even some of my 2019 messages just disappeared and never deleted them.
