Hello dear Gamer, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

    My name is Vinicius.

I am a gamer and independent advisor on the XBOX community platform.

Hey JNG92, how are you today? Hope you're well.

Yes, Warzone can run up to 120FPS on Series X!

But one thing to keep in mind JNG92, only VESA pattern monitors will work properly with Xbox consoles. So, keep that in mind when shopping for monitors. :)

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers.

Does Warzone have 120fps on series x?

Not true. Warzone has reset Xbox Series X back to 60 fps ONLY. PS5 has been patched over a month ago to work at 120fps, but Xbox still (and is the only platform to) be stuck at 60.

Word of warning. Whatever you do, don't go out and buy just any gaming monitor. Some monitors just don't work well with consoles. Many monitors, especially older HDMI 2.0 displays don't work well with the Series X. They may say they can do 144/120Hz, but these refresh rates are not always fully supported over HDMI.

You shouldn't have problems with most newer HDMI 2.1 monitors though. To get you started, I recommend you take a look at these two sites for the best monitors for Series X. They cover both the cheaper and more expensive displays.

Rtings are a professional TV and monitor review site:

Digital Foundry is a popular Console and PC YouTube channel. They know tech and have a partnership with Eurogamer to post content on that website. They know what they're talking about:

    I personally own a Gigabyte M32U. It's a little pricey - cost me around £700 - but, it's 4K and supports 120Hz.

Does Warzone have 120fps on series x?

To bad this information is not correct. Because of a bug or from devs they locked it at 60fps on the series x. So yes before caldera we had 120fps. Now we do not. This bug is persistent for 4 months now and is not on there priority to fix. Hope this answer your question. If you want more info you can go to the official forums of raven software

The Xbox Series X will feature 120fps all the time. New updates will always have it.
