So I know that lego batman is backwards compatible with xbox one but if you have the bundle copy disk shown in this picture will you be able to use it on xbox one?

The picture you posted did not seem to apply correctly but yes, you can use the disc copy of LEGO Batman to play it on Xbox One as a backwards compatible title. DLC included in bundles or other editions are backwards compatible as well.

Sorry to hear that your console is not working. If you cannot return it to the store, please visit
http://myservice.xbox.com and register your console. From there you can set up a repair

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

yes, Njal. That is how the xbox one S does work. But i went ahead and swapped the ports anyways, and enabled the enhanced hdmi. XBox one S still works, xbox one X does not.
