    The Game Pass with All Access does not come as a piece of paper. It should be on the console itself. It should pop up during setup, if it doesn't, check under account settings or in your library in Games and Apps for a section labelled "Included with this console" and you can redeem it from there. If it still doesn't show there, then it means the serial number of your console wasn't entered correctly for All Access. You'll want to contact the credit card company in control of your All Access subscription and they can update it.
