Does the Xbox logo appear In xbox series x after it was in shutdown mode

If the console is set to the Shutdown option (energy saving), it's completely normal for the Xbox logo animation to appear when turning on the console, as this power mode causes the console to shut down completely, including the fan.

The power mode that prevents the console from going through the startup animation is "Sleep" mode, as in this mode, the console doesn't shut down completely and remains in a suspended state. This is the power mode that should be chosen for games to download while the console is "turned off", so it's unusual that the game you mentioned downloaded even when the console was in energy-saving mode.

You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???

Games with series s/x Logo are not working on xbox one s/x ..

But xbox one games works on series x .

I should clarify when I say full shutdown, I mean a fully powered-down state with the orange light on the power brick.

Cap, are you referring to Instant On mode? In that case you're right, a shutdown doesn't fully power down. But if you're in Standby mode, a normal "Console Off" will put you in the same power state as holding power for 8 seconds, as the power brick will
go to an orange light. (This can be triggered by holding the Xbox button on the controller and choosing "Console Off," or by tapping the power logo on the console IF you're in Standby. Otherwise, you have to hold the Xbox Logo for 8 seconds.)

As of the moment of this writing, WarZone does not yet have Xbox Series X/S "Optimized" logo on my personal Xbox Series X although I see in the news it is.... You may need an edition or update for avoiding running in Xbox One emulation mode for the moment, and it not being written as "native' game for Series X/S, may relate to its stuttering at 120hz. This may be a question for the game developer more than for Xbox.

However, I wanted to reiterate that having to force-enable the 120hz at 1080p (or any other supported resolution/refresh for that matter), is a symptom of a cable without enough bandwidth needing a newer cable to fix, so you may be experiencing more than one issue at the same time.
