    Hi everyone,

    I've owned a series X for some months and really enjoyed it and this weekend I decided to treat myself to a pair of the official Xbox Wireless headphones, bought via Amazon.

    Previously I'd read user reviews that the headphones weren't picking audio up until the volume slider/wheel was turned to around 30-40%. From what I saw, users weren't sure whether this was due to hardware or software issues, however these reviews were from early 2021 I believe.

    I've managed to set up my headphones on both my Xbox & my PC via Bluetooth and I'm afraid I've also encountered the audio volume problem. I've configured the EQ settings to recommended levels, however my headset isn't outputting any noticeable audio until around 30% on the volume wheel, then it'll slowly increase until around 50% then any further adjustments will be very sensitive and volume can easily spike. Fortunately, I've found my ideal volume to be around 50% on the wheel/cup, but it's needing to be altered on almost every game.

    I just wish to know whether this is still a known issue or whether there's any fixes etc? Other than this, my headset is working perfectly and I'm liking them Does the official Xbox wireless headset suffer from known volume issues? :)

    Hello ese2320,

    Is there a volume wheel on one of the ear pieces of the headset? Because on the wireless version headset there is, and the chat volume is separated from it. Check that, because it could be all the way down.
