With regards to your concern, I really haven't tried it yet but I found a discussion similar for this question you have. Many suggested to buy the Criminal enterprise pack instead of buying the premium edition as the ad ons included on the premium edition can be obtained via the criminal enterprise pack.

To answer your question, if you buy the GTA 5 Premium edition & whale shark card bundle it will not affect your game. You will only get the other ad ons included with it which some of those ad-ons you can buy it separately instead. Can you please make sure you purchased them for the correct copy of the GTA that you are playing?

For Xbox, there are 2 copies.

If you have the Premium Edition of GTA, you need Xbox One shark card.

If you have the GTA Online Expanded And Enhanced copy, you'll need the Series X|S Shark Card.
