    The games team doesn't seem to have a working chat function. I spoke to someone in purchases yesterday but they couldn't connect me directly to that team.

    The callback function does not work.

    Also - the number above redirects me to the xbox support website and then hangs up.

    customer support will not see this, and personal information is asked to be kept from the forums as its community run.

    try a web chat with support - Xbox Contact-Us

    if the virtual assistant is unhelpful you can ask to speak to a person and will be directed.

    Not if he is in the UK. There is no way to talk to anybody. The callback service does not work, I have been trying for over a week, just get the error 'Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it.' when entering a UK number.
