Does talking about sex/sexual things violate the xbox code of conduct?

Hello,

I have recently been banned from using the communication features sing my xbox app, i don't exactly why i was banned but i think because me and my girlfriend were talking about sex/sexual things and i think that may have triggered a 24 hour ban. Any help
and what can and cannot be said/sent using the xbox message feature will be very helpful,

My name does violate the code of conduct. Its a reference to sex. That violates the conduct and is eligible for a forced name change.

Maybe your gf reported you for a joke? It happens all the time. Avoid being lewd on XBL as there is no real privacy in a private service
