    Hi, I've been trying to load the site so I can download an OSU for my Xbox One S but for some reason every time I go to the support page it shows the Xbox logo with a loading circle spinning around it. I've let the site sit to load for well over thirty minutes and yet I came back to the same blank page with a funny loading image. I've tried getting to the website on multiple browsers but the same situation occurs. I don't really need to know how to load the page if there's an alternative place to download the OSU, I simply want to play my Xbox again and I don't think it's worth wasting any more time over. If there's a workaround I'd love to know or if an actual solution to this issue exists that's fine, again, I only want to fix my Xbox but if I have to jump through hoops I'm fine just forgetting about it entirely. Also this site isn't letting me add a screenshot of the issue I've run into so I'm starting to think this website as a whole just isn't maintained properly as everything else I've searched loads perfect and quickly, it's very sad.

    Hi! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here. This is not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating this must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation.

    In regard to performing an offline system update, we must only download the update file through the official page.

    Have you tried changing the website’s language or location https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    You could try connecting as well using a different network or ISP to isolate the issue further.
