    Hi!

    I wonder if the new consoles have built in surge protectors or not?

    Should i plug it directly into wall outlet, or trough my surge protector? I heard that it’s not good to use surge protector if the unit have it already.

    Hey. I see my post got posted here that i made on Microsoft community.
    Good to hear it have surge protector, had a powercut today.
    What do you mean with double surge protector with psu J3rs3y devil? Does series X have built in surge protector or not? :)

    I watched the video on YouTube named series x teardown, a repairability perspective but cant find the surge protector itself? I dont know if it is allowed with YouTube links here or not, if it is i can link it Does series X have built in surge protector or not? :)

    Hey, yes it is connected directly into the wall outlet, i have a small surge protector on my tv and route, but i didnt wanted to plug the series x to it since i was unsure if it had a built in protector or not. Good to hear it have the surge protector, it is nothing one can see in this teardown video?

    Hey, yes i have it directly plugged into the wall outlet, and i use a seperate surge protector on my tv and internet.
    Good to hear the new series s/x have surge protectors, is it nothing one can see on the teardown video?

    I have posted 3 times here now but the post just dissapear. I have plugged it in directly to wall outlet yes.
    I would have like to see this unit in a teardown movie, is it possible to watch how it looks inside or is it hidden into the power unit?

    Kinda strange it’w not information about this, no manual or text about it on the box either

    All xbox consoles have a built in surge protector,including the Series X/S & should be plugged into the wall socket directly.

    I havr a direct pmultiplug but only cause my tv isn't close to any other

    But I would leave your tv or xbox connected during a bad storm
