    My rewards account does not have any of my activity and/ or purchases registering with it???

    Hey Bandari! Have you checked your activity on the billing site (https://billing.microsoft.com)? Does this purchase not appear there? If not, have you checked with your bank to see if the purchase
    has gone through?

    Activity Feed not working

    None of my achievements, uploads, or messages post to my recent activity. I can see all my friend updates but no one can see mine. It only shows activity from 23 days ago and does not lad on my smartglass either. I've tried several hard resets and redownloaded
    my profile twice. Please fix.

    Hey Bandari! Have you checked your activity on the billing site (https://billing.microsoft.com)? Does this purchase not appear there? If not, have you checked with your bank to see if the purchase
    has gone through?

    Oh, I see. It seems like there's an issue with the game server when purchasing. I would recommend to try it again after 24-48 hrs since the promotion is still active.

    I bought an 12 month Xbox live gold card on 7/03/23, and I only had live for a few days. I checked the order history and it said it expired on 7/13/23 can someone help?

    I purchased the Gold and activated it. I then purchased Ultimate and activated it. I then cancelled the Ultimate not realizing that it would cancel both so now my xbox live card does not work. Please advise me of how to get my xbox live reactivated.

    Xbox Says I Don't Have Xbox Live Gold But I Do?

    Yeah my gold membership has never been active on xbox1. Says its active till august. Well I just looked at this but it comes across as weird that my 360 sees my status still, but my xbox 1 does not. why did they change the way xbox verifies this? Seems
    like a huge waste. Going to try some of the recommended fixes at this point and see what happens. At least there are a couple things I have not tired yet in the forums. Wish me luck.
