Does not let me play my 360 games

    Does not let me play my 360 games


    I changed my gamer tag when I have tried to play a 360 game it does not let me play them anymore ... any advice ?

    does not let me play

    It does still say it. I am wasting 20 dollars and 6.5 gigabites. It doesnt let me play it all.

    Sorry to hear it. The issue here is with the gamertag. When you change it you need to delete it while running a BC title. Please follow the instructions in this video to get everything running again.

    check you're password can't be more than 11 character

    if not the case you can try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX
    ONE" animation loading screen when you power it back up.
