Does my issue sound like it could be resolved?

I got three achievements in Far Cry 5 that did pop but I didn't receive the Gamerscore for them. I called support and I was finally able to get someone to escalate it to the highest tier of support. I heard that other people had the same issue as me. The
support supervisor is going to call me to tell me what is going on. I was just wondering if it sounds like it can be resolved

Random party disconnects

Sounds like a quality issue on your end. If you have a router, you could try bypassing it and see if performance improves. If it does, I would replace your router. If it does not, your internet modem or the actual line itself could be to blame for the
issue. I had an issue with my modem last year myself and replaced it. You may also wish to check with Comcast and ask if they can check your signal strength.

Hmmmm, sounds like it could be another issue.

When it says that the credentials are incorrect, does an error code come along with it?

If there is an error code, what is it?

Hello,

If Power Cycling does not resolve the issue it sounds like it could be a corrupted install which would the require you to Uninstall and Reinstall the game.

Sounds like the jack in the controller may be failing. You could try using an adapter to see if it resolves the issue.

I hope this issue was resolved. This sounds like a horribly poorly handled situation. That even a dedicated hour of interest and care for the consumer could have resolved or prevented.

Looks like mi Vizio E422VL TV has CEC (no mention of ARC) but my Vizio 3821-C6 sound bar does not have HDMI.

I suspected I would need a new sound bar, which is why looking for recommendations.

I get that the sound issue is best resolved treated as a TV/SB issue.

Does my issue sound like it could be resolved?
