I bought halo infinite for pc-xbox from MS and xbox september 30th , I never have gotten to play the game I bought. MS answers have not proved successful, I tried them all with no luck Error code: (0x80070102) is constant for me. MS will not compensate for my loss or even try to fix the Error code: (0x80070102) .

I'm told they had a fix and deleted it, thru upgrades ,,,, they are so paranoid about pirates stealing their games they would rather punish the user who pays real fricken money. I will probably get a response from their bot how goes thru series of steps and fixes that dont work so they can say its on my end.

I bought the game from steam and it plays perfect on my machine without having to hack or change anything on my machine. Whats up with that MS !?

The error code represents issues reading the details of your account. You should reinstall windows if this is a persistent issue.

Please make sure all updates are installed for Windows, including any optional ones.

I did all three methods with the same result. Error code: Error code: (0x80070102)

I am not the only one thats ends up with an error (0x80070102) on a paid for game from microsoft.

this is a copyright protection scheme that MS will not improve. If they dont like any of your hardware then your out or so it seems for me and others.

this means I will not only be able to play a game I bought but never get any addons

this is all phony , MS intends to steal a lot of money and not support you. they claim they looking foward to follow up but are quick to write your case off as solved. I wonder how many people are being ripped off by copyright protection code thats really bad- Error code: (0x80070102)

it was installed on C: originally , I already had a partition on that disk with nothing on it and its ntfs. I dont have windows 11. After installing the game to the partition the result was the same Error code: (0x80070102)

so why does halo infinite work great from the steam installation but wont even load on the windows installation?
