Does Microsoft use AI to filter through reports now?

I have been suspended 5 times without receiving an email, reason, or response from Microsoft. Multiple times I have been suspended with no cause and have been given no reason for such suspensions. I have not used foul or abusive language on chat services. I do not violate terms of service guidelines. At this point, I don't understand what the issue is as I am being told no information. It is highly unfair for me to be suspended multiple times for days in a row without an explanation. This is either very poor usage of AI to filter through reports and hand out suspensions or the Xbox staff really does not care about its users and customers. Very disheartening as I have been a huge fan of Xbox and its associated works, such as the Halo franchise. If you had told me 10 years ago when I was a teenager, that things would be so lazy, I would have never invested for so long into this console.

Only for messages containing profanity (even if its just mild profanity, but only if it gets reported).

Pretty much everything else is reviewed by a living human being.

It's not an ai at all

It's a word FILTER WHICH doesn't always catch everything

The ai helps catch things but it's mostly the word filter which can be bypassed like every chat system in the world even crypto msgs bypass in FB even though crypto msgs are banned on fb

You report and block as you go

I'm sure they use filters/AI for some things, but they don't use it for everything.

I have been monitoring an exponential increase in the number of gamers affected by bug portion of the filter. The inconsistancy of information and facts is increasingly putting into question who is actually responsible for why folks are not able to use the
clan tag feature at all. This is what I know:

I can use the create a clan tag feature in COD4 and MW2 (right now today), but I can not use the exact same feature in COD:BO. Why is that?

Many gamers are reporting that they are only becomeing affected by inability to use the clan tag feature at all be cause of words/letters/numbers in their Gamer Tags that have only been added to the list of filtered words since the last patch released by Treyarch.
This implies that Treyarch is directly responsible. It may be that it is Microsofts filter but the implication of the filter, or the coding done by Treyarch to comply with using the filter is what is causing the issues. That would explain why I can use the
same feature right now today in COD4 and MW2 but not in Black Ops.

I am not able to get any info at all from Microsoft as they will not talk about it at all and I am not able to determine who to talk to at Microsoft. I have only been able to determine that ALL the public resources at Microsoft do no know who is responsible
for the filter and do not know how to troubleshoot issues with the filter.
