Does Microsoft send me a box to ship my Xbox for servicing?

I have the printed shipping label, when i had to send in my 360 years ago for repair microsoft sent me a box to ship it in. It’s been 10 days now and i still haven’t recieved a box to ship it in. Do i send just the consol or the xbox with all the contents
in origional box?

Thanks for helping out guys, that chat system they use was really messing me up, seemed like i had to go through a long process to talk to somebody and it would put me in a chat with somebody from billing or something that wouldn’t know the process for
this, thanks!

Dont send ut in the original box thats how thefts happen

Just find any box that will fit abd put newspaper around it

Fyi they havent sent boxes in years

Thanks, the last time i had to send a box in was when the 360’s were new and had the red ring problem

Just box it up and stick the label on.
