Does Microsoft regard customers as lowlifes?

No matter what I've tried, I cannot find an option that actually allows me to be routed to an actual CSR to speak with the issue about their products! I've had SEVERAL Elite Series 2 controllers undergo the warranty exchange process. NOT A SINGLE ONE of those supposed "repaired" controllers they use for warranty exchanges has ever been free from defects. Not trivial ones either. The thumbsticks have massive drifting issues with just barely pressing the thumbstick in any direction. This problem not caused by user, these controllers are supposedly certified to be a replacement of a product that was defective.. if I cannot use a controller out of the box and must rely on customer support in order to see what options are available, this won't be resolved! The only course of action I can see available to me is to keep trying until I receive a controller that isn't plagued with the same issue as the previous. There's no accessories that come with these replacement controllers so the "intent" to fake these issues are not a factor. That only leaves the issue that the parts chosen for these "PREMIUM" controllers are more likely to have defects than them having ones solidly built.
