I'm getting the same error with a recent update download when 1080MB are left to download of a 3.6gb update on an xbox one s

Anyone know the cause or fix?

Hello, ASuckyGam3rtag -- my understanding is that a recent Dashboard update can occasionally cause Disc Unreadable problems for a very small number of Xbox owners -- if your console is one of the ones affected, I believe Microsoft is offering to repair/replace
them for free. You'd need to contact Xbox Support to find out if yours is one of the consoles affected.

It's nothing to do with xbox 360 games,it's affecting xbox one games.

There was a bug that caused this but the recent update is causing it at the moment.

Hard resetting the console doesn't fix it,nor does redownloading your profile.

It's an issue at Microsofts end & only they can fix it.

Like I said,it was reported by a lot of people in the Insider program but it was not fixed when they released the update to everyone.
