    Does Microsoft have the worst customer support of all time?


    This is a trillion dollar company, with worse customer support than your average McDonalds. Most of their products have a maximum support of reading BS articles online that have nothing to do with our problem. I have spent an hour and a half on the phone (I called the xbox support line) and haven't heard a single word from a real person. v

    How is this possible?
