    I asked a question like this before and they told me to go to Trueachievements but they don't have a means to fix this. Majority of my 360 games are doing this and would like a fix.

    all of your achievement points are still there, it's a server-side bug if you've played over 1000 games, nothing is missing. It is a low priority bug I would assume, since it's cosmetic only.

    Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

    What type of Xbox is it? Is it one with a mechanical hard drive inside it? If so, that could be failing. That can cause anything from general instability of the type you're experiencing, to the console turning off shortly after you turn it on and refusing to boot.

    You could try booting the console to the troubleshooting menu and doing a factory reset from there, choosing the option to keep your games/apps installed, but if it is a failing hard drive that's causing your problems, the reset is likely to fail too, and the only solution would be to have the internal drive replaced.

    To boot the console to the troubleshooting menu, do the following: -

    1. Power it off, then pull the power lead out for 30 seconds or so.

    2. Plug the power lead back in.

    3. While holding sync and eject (just sync if your console is digital only), tap the power button to turn the console on. You will hear the startup sound as normal, but keep your fingers on sync/eject until you hear a second startup sound, then you can let go.

    That should boot you to the troubleshooting menu where you can do the reset.
