Does Microsoft enforcement team not take action against slurs?

Occasionally they'll send a thank you message, but not always. But even if you don't get a message, it doesn't mean they haven't taken action.

It's usually because of a filter that can see certain words quicker. Other things would have to be investigated by the team.

It would be quite unfair for Microsoft to completely rely solely on an Automated AI system to find every type of offensive message or slur. Remembering of course that Xbox Live is international, and some terms are either unknown or less well known from one region or country to the next. Swear words are far easier to pick up.

Plus, with millions of users, it may take some time for action to be taken. In the meantime simply block communications with this individual.

As Smwutches has stated, just because they haven't been suspended yet, doesn't mean they won't be.

Yea I hope so. he used an obscure slur, one that I had to Google to understand what it meant.. I've reported him multiple times to no avail. It seems to me that vulgar words get Microsofts attention faster then slurs towards certain groups of people. Very disappointing as this slur was directed towards me personally.
