Does Microsoft Complete warranty cover stick drift for the Elite series 2?

Unless its out of the box stick drift

It is most likely considered wear and tear on the product and wont be covered ( You could probably get it repaired)

I don't exactly agree with the whole "stick drift is wear and tear" idea of warranty avoidance but that's probably how it is.

If you cannot find a definitive answer, your best bet is to ask Support.

If best buy does not sell it in your country I doubt if the Microsoft store will either. Stick drift was covered under the warranty for controllers, and Microsoft only replaces your controller, they will not repair your controller.

I bought 2 Elite controllers at the same time from Microsoft. Less than 5 months the first one had button issues and stick drift. Microsoft offered replacement. Just sent it and the second started with the exact same problems, LB not working Stick drift
Microsoft says too bad no warranty. 5 months old and $500 for 2 controllers. I have made several requests and keep being told they are not under warranty. Can anyone help?

Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

Ive had left stick drift with 4 elite contollers 2 right out of the box good thing for best buys warranty program
