Quick Question. Are you using the same MAC address? If so, your wireless MAC address is different than your wired MAC address. Look it up and change it in your Netgear router. If you want the same IP address you were using, you will need to change the
MAC address for that IP (Routers won't allow you to associate 1 IP address with 2 MAC addresses).

This does suggest Microsoft account is associated with the wrong email. What I would do is on the Xbox with the Gamertag you believe is the right one is check the E-mail address associated with it. A Gamertag is associated with a Microsoft Account but
the E-mail address that is associated with a Microsoft Account\E-mail address can change. Hope that helps and makes sense.

Have you set up a static IP to your console's MAC address, and associated those ports with that IP?

As the superhub is a custom router is hard to get a manual for it, does you have an option called DHCP Reservation where you can reserve the same ip address for a device based on its mac address? Its a bit like having a static ip address but you actually
set your Xbox ip address to auto and then on the router ensure it gets the same ip address each time by reserving it an ip address by entering its mac address in

Can you look for that option? If you have that option reserve your Xbox an ip address
