They could, of course, but this forum has also bunch of moderators as well as Xbox Ambassadors as you have already mentioned, and a huge community that can figure things out together.

"What exactly is an "Xbox Ambassador"? Do they work for Microsoft and how do they make sure to solve problems that can't be fixed over the forum?"

Xbox Ambassadors are a community of their own. Their main objective is to help people and make the Xbox platform a better and friendly place. We do not "work" for Microsoft, we do not get paid or anything, and it is worth to mention
that anyone could be a Xbox Ambassador.

"What happens if a person gets no responses/help with their question?"

It's hard to tell... because nothing really happens, the question just stays there unanswered, there isn't always answer for everything. Most of us will only try to respond to only things we know about and we're sure of that could
help another person.

"What happens if a person gets no responses/help with their question?"

The best thing you can do when asking a question is provide as much detail of the issue you can. Console or PC, wired or wifi, error codes, game name etc.

Sometimes the smallest detail may provide a clue to solving the problem and is only mentioned in replies later in the post.

If you haven't got a reply in, say 24hrs, reply to your own post and provide any further troubleshooting you may have done or detail you may have overlooked in the original question post. By replying you raise your post up to the front of search option
"latest replies" which some Ambassadors use on the Forum to review questions.

Likewise, if the issue has been resolved by yourself or thru advice from a reply, it's always good to reply to your post to let others know it is fixed.

steam does that, after 3 hours of gameplay it lets you leave a review, also you can get thumbs up or down and replies to your reviews too. Microsoft won't go as far as that as it means doing some actual work.

If you go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to view your enforcement history , the actual enforcement action is saying that’s for posting on LFG?

Sometimes enforcement actions are not related to actual things, could be something you did previously but it was reviewed now

Sorry to say but here on the forums or asking to regular Microsoft support is not possible to get proper help or request a review for your account.

Only enforcement team are the ones that are allowed to do it, and they can be contacted if you’re able or eligible to submit a case review.
