    Does Microsoft act on ANY REPORTS on players cheating or harassing?


    Hey there,

    For the past few months I’ve had a miserable gaming experience. I’ve encountered countless cheaters and exploiters, poor sportsmanship, and harassment through multiple games. I’m concerned that none of my reports are being taken seriously. I do report a lot of players. I do so with the mindset “they may be better than me but their in game behavior is suspicious, worst comes to worst I reported a player who is better than me without using exploits or cheats to win.” Please help me understand what the enforcement team actually does or if they even exist

    I am sorry to hear that.

    The enforcement team exists and they review the reports.

    As to how they act on it, we, as players, don't have access to that information.

    Since you don't know for sure if a player is cheating, they may not be doing it, which is why you feel like your report was not answered.

    To make this claim you should have some kind of proof to send it along with your report.

    Hackers and Cheaters:

    Microsoft does not support bullying, harassment, hacking or cheating of any kind. If someone does, report and block them and move on. The enforcement team will deal with them.

    Unfortunately, we cannot do a lot here. If you see any type of cheating or boosting please report these players. Click on there name and select report player. Then chose the option that best describes the situation. This also goes for any harassment or offensive
