Does MGSV run at 60fps on the Xbox 360?

My good friend invited me over to help him move, and in this plastic tub was his video games he collected over the years. He said whatever u wanted I should take because they were all getting pawned. I saw he had a brand new copy of MGSV Day One Edition
for the 360. Bing the huge MG fan I am, I snatched it up. I loaded the game up and noticed the fps were completely off. I later played it on my XB One and it ran very smooth at 60fps. So I’d like to know, does MGSV: TPP run at 60fps on the XB 360? If not is
there any way to fix it?

Edit: Thanks for all your smarts guys! I was just a bit confused why my Xbox one could run 60 fps, but not the 360 since they are the same game. Thanks all! You guys... “are pretty good.”

No that quality is available only for xbox one. The xbox 360 run at 30fps.

Time to upgrade maybe?

On Xbox One, The Phantom Pain will run at 900p resolution —
with 1080p output — and 60 frames per second.

The Xbox 360 version will be upscaled to 720p resolution and
run at 30 frames per second

The 360 was not powerful enough to run MGSV at 60 FPS, so this is not something that can be fixed. That said given the age of the 360, i'm impressed it ran as well as it did. Great game regardless of platform, my main gripe with it is that is was never
finished by the developers.

The Xbox 360 is capped out at around 30Hz (Fps/frames per second) if not in some instances lower. Many Xbox One titles and playable/updated Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles are capped anywhere from 30Hz to 60Hz... with games often landing in places in
between like the common-ish 45Hz. The Xbox 360 can't be "fixed" to make the frame rate better but the Xbox One and even more so the Xbox One X just run naturally higher because they're newer... and the 360 is honestly and old piece of tech at this point.

The One could actually run at an excess of 120Hz. Here's an article.
