Does karna charge interest for the Xbox one x all access bundle?

As per the T&C's for Xbox One All Access:

Financing issued and serviced solely by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34, Stockholm, Sweden. Application decisions are made solely by Klarna Bank AB. S ubject to financial circumstances. You must be at least 18 and a UK resident.
If you make your payments by the due date each month, the monthly payment shown should allow you to pay off the purchase within 24 months with no extra cost (0% APR). If you have other balances on your account, this monthly payment will be
added to the monthly payment applicable to those balances. If you miss two consecutive payments, the interest and charge free arrangement will cease and you’ll be required to pay interest and charges on all future repayments in accordance
with the terms of the credit agreement. Representative example: Representative APR (variable) 18.9% APR with an assumed credit limit of £750 and a purchase rate of 18.9% p.a

As long as you do not miss two consecutive payments there will be no interest to pay and the monthly bill will not exceed £24.99 a month.

Xbox One All Access T&Cs

So this is alot going on here and I'm a little confused. Is merchant telling you to rebuy plan or is it XBox/Microsoft telling you to do so?

make it clear what determines eligibility, so the higher your credit score, the better. Additionally, if you’re approved, Citizens One will send you a bill each month asking for payment. If you’re late or miss payments, you’re subject to interest (more on
that below).

Upgrading a previous All Access subscription
If you’ve previously used All Access to buy an Xbox One X or Xbox One S, you can upgrade to one of the new consoles. There are some stipulations, however. Of course, you’ll need a current All Access subscription,
and all of your payments must be current at the time of upgrade. You’ll also need to have paid the equivalent of 18 months on your current console ($413.82 for the current Xbox One S bundle). If you purchased an Xbox One X with All Access before December 31,
2019, you’ll only need the equivalent of 12 months of payment.

The unfortunate news is that you’ll need to send back your current console to upgrade to a Series S or Series X. At nearly the full purchase price, it’s a better idea to pay off your current All Access subscription
rather than upgrading (you’ll recoup a decent amount of money by selling the console rather than sending it back, anyway). If an upgrade is what you’re after, though, you can check
your eligibility.

To clarify the issue of mailing back hardware, the point of All Access was originally to allow people tp buy an Xbox One on credit and then return the One to upgrade to a Series S/X without further charges. You can also just buy a Series S/X through All Access and wouldn't need to send in any hardware. The 34.99 charge includes both Ultimate and the monthly payment for the console.

to help prove my point I purchased both The X Files complete seasons 1-10 in 2017, then when they disappeared, i thought i was forced to purchase them again as The X Files complete seasons 1-11. Both bundles now give me different random episodes on
the 360, but laptop has access to all episodes of both bundles . All purchases made through 360. and Xbox was cool and refunded one purchase .
