    does it work "Access to content" in web?


    Hi, xbox users!

    I'm trying to the menu "Access to content" on xbox setting at xbox.com,

    but web page responses "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

    Everybody does same result? or only for me?

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help! First things first, we need a bit more information on the matter to better assist. Is this an adult account? On the Xbox itself can you access the Privacy & online safety
    page? To verify the 2nd question go to Settings>Account>Privacy & Online Safety>Xbox Live privacy. Let us know so we can get this issue ironed out!

    1st A: of course I'm adult. But how i can verify my account is adult's?

    2nd A: I can see "Privacy & online safety" page. Is it the page that shows some options like "see other people's xbox live profiles" and so on?

    thanks for your apply. Honestly, I've complained this issue to Korean Xbox support team 1 week ago by online chatting. He said that he will complain this issue to xbox.com, soon. But it doesn't work until today.

    Ureka! I got it!

    At the menu "Xbox settings" on "Privacy & online safety", I can use the link "Content access" menu.

    But I don't know "Access to content" is same function with "Content access". The page url is "account.microsoft.com/family", right? I can check some accounts of my little devils!

    That is a parental controll if you are the only person on the account it just means that you dont need it
    But I need it for my little boys. They bother me everyday, plz help me :'(
