    Does It Matter?


    I just bought a brand new keyboard & mouse because I'm trying to play Microsoft Flight Simulator (cloud) with mouse & keyboard on my Xbox One but I can't get them to work for the game, nor for any of the games I own on my system (I will provide a few titles I've tried to get these two to function for, as well as 2 other different keyboards of different brands; does it matter if it's played on the Xbox One vs Xbox Series X?

    KEYBOARD/MOUSE

    • Bluefinger X6 Gaming Keyboard (& Mouse pair (USB cords, new)
    GAMES ON MY XBOX ONE

    • DOOM (1993)
    • DOOM II (Classic)
    • GoldenEye 007
    • HALO MCC
    • TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX SIEGE
    • Microsoft Flight Simulator (cloud)
    • PERFECT DARK (XBOX 360)
    • HITMAN HD PACK (XBOX 360) (aka HITMAN CONTRACTS + HITMAN 2 SILENT ASSASSIN (bundle)
    I have other games but they're installed and stored on an external drive. But those ones that I've listed above were the primary reason I bought 3 different mice & keyboards which as far as I can tell do not work for any of them, and only work for the Xbox's dashboard. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some setting I need to activate or turn off? Please help.

    Yes it matters. It matters to me, I am so upset about FPS that I cry myself to sleep every night wondering why MS screwed up so badly. I am selling my xbox one in a few hours nd switching to Sony. Then I will be back here to trash MS, because I have no good

    If you buy a Lambo with only 5 gears, a boot and spent £125,000 without going on a test drive to see how the engine performs, you're an idiot for not seeing that it isn't a Lambo.

    If you're desperate to use car metaphors then see it like this... You've got a Golf GTi but and everything runs sweet but the turbo needs a bot of working with so you can get the best performance. Your mate rolls up in his VXR (that the bank owns because
    he's a VXR driver) and it's faster but the turbo keeps lagging badly and the engine losing power and skipping. After a few months of practice, you get your Turbo all tuned up and you're smashing your mate's VXR consistently.

    This is like that... Developers haven't harnessed the power of the Xbox's turbo yet because they haven't had time to work with it. However, what they have got runs perfectly and in time they'll get to grips and everything will be 1080p @ 60FPS. The PS4 however
    have jumped straight to that but it has all kinds of issues because it's been rushed. Either way, both are great systems and we should enjoy them both for their balanced advantages.
