Does it go against the TOS to GameShare with a friend?

It's not recommended to set a console outside of your own home as your Home console. Sharing account information in order to "game share" does violate the code of conduct/terms of service and would put you at risk for being banned.

M3tal I don't gameshare with anyone. If I remember correctly thats against Xbox ToS... plus I wouldn't trust anyone to gameshare.. not even my brother.

Sharing account info is against the Xbox TOS and could result in a ban. Gamesharing is meant for people in the same household. Also, people lose accounts to this all the time or become victims or fraud.

What do you mean by "licence transferring with a friend" Do you mean Gamesharing? Because doing that with people outside of your household isn't allowed and is against the Xbox TOS. People lose accounts to "friends" all the time or become victims of fraud.
They can even get bans and suspensions for you. It's super risky and has created a lot of problems. Which is why it's not allowed.
