Does hate speech report work?

I have received several horrible racist messages unfortunately but every time I have reported them the comments do not get deleted, showing me the people get no suspension from their hate speech. I said the word "****" in a recent message as a response to a racist remark, and I got banned instead of them? When I reached out to support to let them know about the hate speech there was no answer, yet I got banned two minutes after saying the word ****. This person messaged me first and was very rude and degrading, yet it was my **** sentence that got the whole "comment has been deleted." I even reported them first.

I have been called a "disgusting n, ghetto trash, and a nasty minority" on three separate occasions and none of these people got a banned. This is unacceptable.

I'm sorry but enforcement doesn't talk to anyone outside of themselves and those above them.

We cannot comment on their methods or practices because we simply do not have that information

Block communications with this person and do not send them any messages after you do this - as it will unblock them again. If you are concerned about them following you around or joining your games, set your profile to 'appear offline' for a few days.

Ambassadors have no power to suspend other players.

In future, regardless of what happens in game, or what messages are sent to (it doesn't matter what is said or how offensive it is), do not reply to these messages. Simply block, report and move on.

For enforcement, the messages you have reported will be investigated, and relevant action will be taken.

Hey there please do not post users gamertags on the forums thanks.

If a user is using hate speech please report him / her using the in game report feature in the Xbox guide menu. Once you do that the enforcement team will be aware of the users account and determine if it's against the Xbox

TOU i understand hate speech can be annoying but Microsoft / Xbox can't lock everyone's accounts who use it only the ones who get many reports on the same cause.
