Does Gigantic count towards the Freedom Rewards Quest?

So the quest says purchase the KH3 DLC Re Mind after activating the quest card in the Microsoft Rewards App to gain an additional 1500 points. There are two versions of the DLC one is just the DLC and the other has a SPECIAL concert video added on. Does
buying the Version with the concert video count towards the Quest in Microsoft Rewards App?

I'm really interested in the answer to the "I had already earned these achievements prior to the quests coming out. Are we not able to earn these rewards or is there a way for that to count?" part of this. I can't find an answer anywhere if the two Division
achievements for January (that I earned last year sometime) will count towards the quest.

Are you referring to the Gamepass Quests? Previous achievements does not count towards the quests. If you already have the achievement for the quest then there is no way of linking it. You would have to complete a quest that you dont have the achievement/s
for. Alot of peoplr of displeased with your past achievements not counting but these are the rules. Maybe it might be changed in the future.

As long as you spend the amount that's listed you'll be fine. You don't have to spend more. It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after you spent the amount needed. VIP doesn't have anything to do with the offers, but any purchases
that count towards the offer will not count towards your VIP rebate.

You can earn achievements which are good toward your total Gamerscore, they also count towards certain Microsoft rewards quests as was also pointed out. Lastly you can earn certain in game rewards depending on what you do while playing. I hope these answers
