    Hi. South Africa. Bought game pass for R79 but can't access multiplayer gaming. Does this package not allow multiplay? If so, how can I reverse the subscription and join the correct one? Thanks

    Just to confirm, is this the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you have purchased? The one that has the ability to play online/multiplayer games is the Game Pass Ultimate one. To check, just sign in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services page.

    From there, you will see the name of the subscription you have. If it is a wrong subscription and you just recently purchased this, try clicking on Manage > Cancel and there it should show you the refund amount.

    If you cannot find the refund option, you may submit a request to the Xbox refunds team here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-... and if you wish to re-purchase Game Pass Ultimate, you may buy it here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/ultimate

    What is the Different between Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass

    Xbox Live Gold gives you access to online multiplayer, discounts and monthly free games.

    Game pass allows you to play over 100 games as part of the monthly subscription and also offers some discounts for games and DLC. Generally you'd still want Gold if you were to play any of those games in multiplayer.

    Once the subscription ends you lose the benefits and access to the games.

    You cannot play online-game because of the settings on your Microsoft account, I have followed thread here and others threads by nothing works. How?

    I have an subscription for monthly Game Pass but not the Ultimate version. Does this ordinary game pass (without the ultimate) not include online gaming e.g. on Minecraft?
