Does Civilization VI Anthology bundle come with the full frontier pass DLC for XBOX Series X?

I recently purchased Civilization VI Anthology bundle for my XBOX Series X that according to the description includes the full frontier pass. However, after downloading and installing the game and all included content the frontier pass is missing and the game states it has to be purchased. Is this an install glitch or an error in the item description on the store page? I contacted support and was told the best way to resolve this issue is to get a refund and then re-purchase. Apparently, the refund process was started but this was several days ago and nothing has happened. My concerns with this solution are that I'm not really convinced it would work but also, I bought the game when it was on offer, so would end up paying the full price, so now hoping the refund does not go through. Is there an easier way to get this problem resolved?

Actually on the link you sent there isn't widows version (pc), its for 2k store and pc version is from Steam not Windows

Hi, you will have to forgive me as I'm new to the Civ games. I've realized that all the separate DLC items I have is collectively called the Frontier Pass. I was thinking that this was a separate item. It wasn't until I compared what is included with the Frontier Pass that I realiszd my mistake, Oh well, we all make mistakes although do I think the description is slightly confusing when it lists the six separate DLC's and then states it includes the complete Frontier Pass which I read as meaning this is a separate item. Anyway, I'm happy now. Thanks again for helping.

I've looked for the Frontier Pass, the only one I don't have but have to purchase it. I would expect it to say that I own it.

I've not tried removing my profile from the console and adding it back, that's not something I've done before but can try later. I have to go out soon so will probably try tomorrow morning. Thanks for your help. I'll post on here the results.

That's weird. Have you tried to search individually the DLCs from the Store and see if you could install them there one by one without asking to buy them?

Also, did you already try to remove your profile from the console and add it back again?

To confirm, is this the bundle you've purchased from this link https://www.xbox.com/games/store/sid-meiers-civ...?

If so, that includes all the DLCs included in the New Frontier Pass. You should have access to all those contents.

Be sure to follow the steps below to make sure you installed all necessary contents for your game.

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install or select all.
Select Install, to confirm the installation.
