Does Car Pass DLC contain all the recommended cars?

Or does it contain cars you don't really need for completing races?

Forza 5 Car Pass DLC will cost $49.99

Microsoft has confirmed that the Car Pass for Forza Motorsport 5 will cost $49.99. The first of the reported six DLC bundles that are contained in the Car Pass will drop on November 22nd, concurrent with the release of the XboxOnein the US.

The car pass gives you access to all of the DLC cars released to-date. To my knowledge, you don't need any DLC cars to complete the game.

 

I see, are the DLC cars better than or as good as the recommended you buy when starting a new league, car pass and vip pass got pretty low user scores on the store page but there is a lot of talent and man hours that go into them so I might get them if the
price drops.

 

I don't know the algorithm used to determine what cars are listed as "recommended" when you're starting a new league. If you're looking to see which cars are the best in the game - you should look at the rivals leaderboards. That's where you'll see which
cars are really setting the top laps times in certain classes on certain tracks.

For the career races - I would really worry about choosing a "recommended" car. Just pick a car that interests you, grab a good tune for it (or build your own if that's what you're into) and get to the racing. There is no career mode event that can't be
won in any car that's available for the league.
